About Us

My Name is Scott Zalizniak. I am a state licensed and nationally certified Home Inspector and Radon Measurement Professional.

I started out working five years as an independent contractor and home builder then went on to complete my home inspection and radon certifications. As someone who has worked on both sides of the home and contracting business, you can trust that I understand all different components of a home.

My wife and I have two young daughters that keep us very busy. In my limited free time, we enjoy spending time outdoors and working on our timber frame cabin. I also love spending time hunting, building, golfing and playing volleyball.
